What Causes Bowel Incontinence Followed By Blocked Ears?

Hello, I ve been losing control of my bowels on and off since 2007. I ve had two episodes lately, last Friday and again this afternoon. There is no way I can control my bowels when it starts. I end up weakened by the experience. I ve noticed that days before the episodes my ears seem to get blocked, I hear my heartbeat constantly and I get impatient and very irritable. Can you please help me ?
