What Causes Bowel Incontinence With Loose Stool?

Hi, I am grandpa Mike. We have a 4 1/2 year old grandson that is having difficulty with potty control. Mostly oozing feces with an occasional extremely large bowel movement. wondering if this could be a symptom of Crohns. Could there be other reasons?
