What Causes Bowel Movements Immediately After Having Food?

All my life I have had to go to the toilet immediately or very soon after eating. I have no stomach pain, no wind, no bad taste or acid in the mouth. It seems quite normal for me and I don t appear to suffer in any way. When checking about this online (probably a mistake) all sorts of problems are mentioned. I don t think there is anything wrong with me - I m 60 and probably over-reacting to all the stuff online. Should I worry - or just continue as I am?
