What Causes Break Outs And Dry Patches Of Skin On Arms And Hands?

Hi. I break out in little round circle and dry patches on my skin. They leave marks on my skin and there from my arms, legs hands. Marking my hold body up. What could this be? kind of itchy for about one day then not more itching or dry patch but leave spot.
