What Causes Breast Discharge And Lymph Nodes In Armpit?

i am a unmarried girl of age 28 and i m in taking NTM drugs since one year, before that from april 2011 i took first drug line which as a failure then i was operated in feb-2012 but my sample as accidentally destroyed. I as having lymph nodes in my right exila. Now from few days i as feeling pain in my breasts and today there was secretion of some yellowish watery substance. What it can be?
