What Causes Breast Discharges After Menstruation?

I am 35 yrs and I stopped nursing for the last 15 months.This evening while i was taking a shower i just examined my breast and pressed it there was a offwhite / light yellowish discharge from both my breast and its just 5 days that i had my last menustraul cycle. Is it something to worry about.
