What Causes Breast Discharges, Hymen Holes, Bad Period Pains, Vomiting And Syncope?

hi i am 19 years of age a virgin but i have breat milk i have had this for about 3 years now and i do not know why?? please could you help me.. also i have a thick skin of hymen but it has two tidy wholes does this mean i am still a virgin? and i have realy bad period pains where i can actualy vomit or feel faint.. sorry about all these questions please could you help me..
