What Causes Breast Enlargement And Soreness With Bleeding And Dysgeusia?

I am 44 years old and had my period two weeks ago..my breasts started to become enlarged and sore a week ago and now I am bleeding light colored red blood..I am not pregnant..could this be part of perimenopause..also metalic taste in my mouth last week and 1/2.
