What Causes Breast Itching With Bleeding On Rubbing?

im a girl of 22 yrs.from past 6 mnths iam sufferin from some kind of itching in my breast(around my nipples).sumtimes its not tolerable,dat i rub so hard.then the skin gets removed and drop of blood comes.i'm afraid dat its breast cancer.i'm using an antibiotic oinment named fucidin,but wen i use it,the itching is not there.plz help me doctor.my marriage is going to be fixed,if there is any problem i want to stop my marriage.
