What Causes Breast Milk Leakage With A Period Delay?

Hello,
I am leaking breast milk from my left breast only. My son is 20 months. Is this possible to happen? Also I was 7 days late for my period this month & have not been feeling right but did take 4 pregnancy tests before I got my period and they were all negative. So can I be pregnant? Please advise?
