What Causes Breast Milk Secretion After Having Protected Sex?

Please type your query here...my girl friend has breast milk coming out of her breast though she has had two mensuration periods ever since we last had proteced sex ,could it be the she aborted someones pregnancy ,also beside that she is not having any symptoms of pregnancy, I suspect that she might have aborted so iam afraid or if she is pregnant the pregnancy is not mine and i will end up taking care of someones' baby
