What Causes Breast Pain And Burning Sensation In Vagina After Intercourse?

hi i just had sex for the first time in three months like 2 days ago and my breast have been hurting after i had sex and my virgina burns when i pee ,and when i dont pee.. i put creme on it to help it. and it stops it from burning,but we both dont got any std or anything .. helppp
