What Causes Breast Pain And Fullness, Breathlessness, Back And Neck Pain?

hi there I am 31 female, I smoke and drink and am over weight. I have had a fullness achy pain in my left breast for ages now so I went to the doctors, he then referred me to an oncologist. she wants me to go back in 1 months time, the thing is I get breathless sometimes which is unusual, yesterday I had to lie down because I had excruciating upper back pain, and today I have a pain in the ball of my neck- (and back still hurts), wot do you think? sorry ididnt know I had to pay, I have no money sorry, thanx anyway
