What Causes Breast Pain And Tiredness After Stopping Depo Shot?

i have come of the depo injection after 10yrs and am getting some severe withdrawal symptoms. i have really severe breast pain all the time, am now feeling really tired but cant sleep and getting really anxious if im in a crowd alone, are these normal symptoms and how long do they take to stop
