What Causes Breast Pain On Palpation With Discharges?

doctor i am experiencing pain on a spot of my left breast while pressing it.i am 28 yrs and had an abortion 2mnths back.one of the doctor prescribed me augumentine tab for whole breast pain,back of the breast pain and armpit pain.watery transparent discharge on both breasts on pressing it.
