What Causes Breast Pain With Negative HPT?

my periods was regular 30days but this month before my due date i had slight bleeding for 4 days only in morning time and my breast is so painfull and sensetive to touch i did two hpt it came back negative but still i have pain in breast and my aerloa were dark and i have white bumps around my nipple does still i have a chance to get pregnant
