What Causes Breast Pain?

Hi Im a 35 year old femal. I have had a dull to sharp pain in my breast but feel no lump. Seems to be located where there is a large vein. It is up high and on the inside of my left breast. I can target the area but its no extremely sensitive to the touch.should I be concerned/
