What Causes Breast Pimples With Pus, Bleeding And Underlying Hardness?

i got pimple like reddish thing on my both sides of breast,firstly i noticed that before becoming a pimple i get white coloured matter from that as i wore a bra so it will be rubbed and then i get blood continuosly for 4 5 days because of rubbing between my garment and breast. i got this on both sides and when i press them there is no pain but i feel no lump but i feel a minor hard matter beneath this pimple during pressing it.is this a symtom or surely indicates breast cancer please help me they look very ugly i cant show this to my hubby as i feel much shy .doctor please suggest me a advice.it will be so kindfull to u.
