What Causes Breast Tenderness With Nipple Discharges And Itching?

Hello doctor, Just today my breast has started to feel really tender. I'm 20 years old, 5 ft tall, and weigh 95 lbs. I've had an abortion this past winter and is not sure if this can be one of the affects but my left nipple is discharging white milk. When I tried to squeeze my right nipple to see if it's also discharging, nothing happened. Should I be worried? I thought I was pregnant but I had took a test and my result was negative. Another problem I have with my body is that I've been having these small itchy bums for a while now. I noticed its been itchy at night most of the time and around the crease of my body like under my breast, my groin pelvic area, arm pit, inside my elbows and behind my knee. I tried looking it up online but is not too sure what it can be. It seems like scabies to me but I'm not too sure. Every time I itch one, it seems to grow more around my body. I'm worried and can't stop itching. Help please!
