What Causes Breast Tenderness,weight Gain,fatigue And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Midway between my 28 day cycle I had breast tenderness, noticeable belly and face weight gain, fatigue and swollen feet. A week and a half later the breast tenderness is subsiding, I still have the weight but now have a periodic heavy brown discharge and ocassional cramps. I haven't taken a pregnancy test but does this sound normal? I am 28
