What Causes Breasts Tenderness And Nausea After Starting Sertraline?

I am currently taking an OCP called Cerelle and the Antidepressant Sertraline. For the last few months I ve had tender breasts, nausea and every few weeks two days where I have black, clotted blood on my liner. I ve taken several pregnancy tests and they re all negative. This started just after I started taking Sertraline. Is this the link?
