What Causes Breathing Difficulty Upon Standing?

Hullo dr. I am an active 83 yr old woman. I recently find that when standing up after bending down I am a bit breathless and feel a little spacey briefly. At these times my heart rate appears to be about 60. I have a total thyroidectomy and am on thyroxin which has appeared to be stable. Thank you. Judith
