What Causes Breathing Difficulty When Suffering From Severe Sinusitis?

Hello My name is Ahmed am suffering from severe sinusitis condition since at least one year, my condition is becoming worse: thick mocus,difficult breathing, swelling face...etc.I tried all possible salt solutions and steroids but with no result. The specialist asked me to have a surgery. but I postponed it till now because am afraid from being waved by CT scan radiation and the high invasive endoscopy procedure. But my current big problem is suddenly I got my left breast swollen and my nipple enlarged with a cyst like a small grape behind it. I went to internal medicine specialist and a general physician. one of them asked me not to worry as it is normal chest infection that can hit any person and he told me to use warm badges on it for 2 weeks. But the other doctor gave me antibiotic for 5 days. then after 5 days the inflammation stayed in size then gave me another 5 days a\antibiotic then the cyst decreased in size. but he advised me to do a biopsy to ckeck the cyst. My family has a history of cancer. I have skin dermatitis(Eczema) and nasal blockage. Now am too worry about myself but I suspect that this inflammation of my breast and nipple cyst is a result of a secondary infection of the sinusitis. so can you advice me about that..
