What Causes Breathlessness Along With Symptoms Of Sinusitis?

Sir My younger brother aged about 48 is suffering 2- 3 times in a year from short breathing. LOcal doctors reliefs the patient only from when the disease occurs acutely. He has a deposed cold in the lungs and may also have the symptoms of sinusities. He is not good in health rather poor. Please advice me Thank your Yours faithfully, Nikhil Kr.
