What Causes Breathlessness And Chest Tightness After Taking Montair?

Hello doctor,I take montair fx when I feel irritation in my throat ,if I avoid to take it then after some hour its difficult to take breathe ,I feel like my chest is tightened and pain in my upper back.....is Montair fx safe or any side effect in regular use
