What Causes Bright Red Vaginal Discharge With History Of UTI?

I bled last Tuesday and am bleeding today (Saturday). It's not period blood- it's thin and very bright red. I'm 20 and have never had sex, so I assume that rules out a lot. I've had a UTI before about 3 years ago, but nothing else, and I've never visited a gyne. I've considered going to my campus doctor (I don't have a car and can't get anywhere else,) but they aren't open until Monday. Is it okay to wait?
