What Causes Brown And White Stringy Discharge After Urinating?

I noticed today when I wiped after urinating it was a brownish red color with large thick hard white strings is the best way to describe it. Very thick hard strings. What does this mean? I had a partial hysterectomy 9 years ago and have not had a period since. I still have my tubes and ovaries. Please help.
