What Causes Brown Bleeding And Clots Plus History Of Having Abortion?

I had an abortion in November. Whilst I was under anaesthetic they put in the implant. After that I was bleeding for 2 and a half months constantly. The bleeding stopped about a month ago. And now all of a sudden I have dark brown vaginally bleeding with small clots. Is this normal? I also feel a bit poorly, I don t know if it s down to that. Could I be pregnant again?
