What Causes Brown Circles On Either Side Of Chest?

I have a group of small brown circles on the left and right side of my chest the left side has smaller circles whereas the right side are bigger they don't itch but have a similar resemblance to ring worms but there are like four or five in a group which I know is unlikely to be ring worms should I see a doctor or what do you suggest?
