What Causes Brown Clot Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hello i am 36 weeks pregnant and sometimes when i go for a wee there are brown small pieces look like tiny little bits of poo, sitting at the bottom of the toilet obviously which have come from me. Is this something i should worry about and what is it?
