What Causes Brown Color Discharge With Smell?

my discharge is a dark brown color(almost looks like poo) and had a tiny bit of blood in it, and has a smell of vinegar. I havent had my period yet(ever)and i dont have sex. no itching or pain, i didnt know anything was wrong until i went to the bathroom. Thanks!
