What Causes Brown Colored Bleeding With Tiredness And High Appetite?

i have light brown spotting, been nauseous lately, tired, and get hungry very easily right after i eat. i have also have pains on my right side right by my hip alot. it usually happens around the evening time. i took a hpt test and it was negative. I don't know what is wrong with me.
