What Causes Brown Discharge After Undergoing Abortion?

Dear Dr,I was 40 days pregnant and chose mifegest kit for abortion. Taken first mifepristone on 01/03/15 then two tab on 03/03/15 after taking this small amount of blood come out with fetas but as such no heavy flow then I have taken again tow tablets after 6hrs. But nothing happen just a brown colour flow is there. What I should do pls suggest I m unable to go to any gynaecologist pls suggest
