What Causes Brown Discharge After Uterus And Cervix Removal?

I had my uterus and cervix removed almost two years ago and had a brown discharge two months ago after I urinated. It looked like bm. I had to wipe several times to remove it from my vagina and the same thing happened to me today. Any idea what it could be?
