What Causes Brown Discharge From Vagina When On Implant?

I am on the implant and i have only been on it for a year. i dont come on my periods and today i have gone to the toilet and iv got like a brown liquid coming out of my vagina. its not like a discharge, its like an actual liquid. can you please help? i dont know what it is
