What Causes Brown Discharge With Irregular Periods,back Pain And Headache?

I have having a thick dark bloody brown discharge and it is so odd, since when I wipe I see it, but it is not in my underwear. There is no ordor and I do suffer from irregular periods. Before this discharge I was suffering with lower back pains and head aches. The last time I had sex was March 14th. Please help!
