What Causes Brown Discharge,sore Nipples And Mood Swings?

Hi me and my partner have been trying for a baby for over a year now and about 6 months ago we found out my partner has lazy sperm. We have both changed our lifestyle ie: given up smoking and drinking and were both exercising . About a week ago i had a period but wasn't really one it lasted about 5 days but i never really bleed in was brownish with just a few spots of bloody. Now over a week ago from that i feel like I'm going to have another. My nipples are really sore i have slight cramping my moods are low i could cry for no reason. Being my partner having lazy sperm and we don't have much chance of me getting pregnant am i having phantom pregnancy symptoms because we really want a baby.
