What Causes Brown Jelly Like Discharge And Pain During Sex?

hi, i am 38 years old. and for the past 2 months now i've been having light brown jelly like discharge. it don't have a ordor, no itchy, or no pain. i do have pressure in my grounds sometimes. it even hurts to have sex. what could this mean? my height is 5'6 my weight 237lbs. my medical history is depression and cervical spinal diease, and fibromalga.
