What Causes Brown Line Running Along Length Of The Penis?

hi i have this brown line what runs up on the underside of my penis its brown and at the bottom it is about 2cm thick and it gets thinner as it reaches the top of my penis? im just wondering what it might be as ive had it since i was around 12 im 18 now?
