What Causes Brown Mucus Like Discharge?

I took Plan B after I had unprotected sex. My boyfriend pulled out and he did not ejaculate, but just to be sure I took plan B. The first time around I got my period 2 weeks ahead of schedule. And then 3 weeks later I started getting brown and mucus-y discharge. What does this mean?
