What Causes Brown/pink Vaginal Discharge While HPT Is Negative?

My period was late but it did come after nine days it was light but it lasted for four days not enough to wear anything but it was there it was three different colors dark brown, pink, and an orangish color, I have taken a hpt but it came back negative but I am awfully tired all the time and I have to pee often could I still be expecting?
