What Causes Brown Spot On Wrist?

Hi I am a 22 years old female. I got a very small brown spot on my wrist. it is oval and regular. Am just concerned because it appeared suddenly after I've been on the beach for two days and I got burned(where this patch appears there are no burns). i would appreciate if you answer my concern asap.
