What Causes Brown Spots All Over The Neck And Stomach?

I am being treated for shingles first epiosode was the left side of the lower back and half of my stomach then I ended up with another case that went to my face and throat and eyes both sides the central nervous system and now I have these little brown spots that have just come up over my chest neck and upper back and and stomach is this related to the shingles ?
