What Causes Brown Spots On Penis With Lumps?

I just started having brown spots on my penis show up a couple days ago. Some have bumps while others do not. I checked today and it looks like some of the bumps are going away and the bown spots that didnt have bumps are getting bumps. This is scaring me so much. I have has same partner for sex for the last two years and there has been no stds... what can this be?
