What Causes Brown Spotting After Taking Duphaston?

Hi, I am 7 weeks pregnant after premature labour at 22 weeks gestation.My dr prescribed me duphaston 3 times a day as i had some brown spotting.I started taking them last night but now i started spotting more than before?Should i be worried?Please anyone knows what to do?
