What Causes Brown Spotting And Delay In Menstruation?

Hi im 20 years old i've been spotting brown. And light red.after taking a poll of cytotec ,Im over 1week delayed of menstruation .... I'd 3attemtps of taking a pill on sunday i take one misoprostol in mifepreston then inserted 2 misoprostol then on mnday i didnt take on tuesday i take. 2 misoprostol and mifepriston 2 inserted brown spot i found my undies 3rd attempts 2 misoprostol and 1 mifepristone 2 inserted Cytotec.. What im going to do now do you think my life is in risk should i hurry to consult a doctor...?
