What Causes Brown Spotting And Pain During Sex?

Hello, I'am 25 5/4 and 159lbs I have had 2 c-sections and I have had an IDU for 7 months now and a couple of months ago I wore a tampon when I went to pull it out it felt stuck. Every since I have had cramping and brown spotting that does not go away also it is painful to have sex with my husband and I bleed worse after, could there be something wrong?
