What Causes Brown Spotting While On Implanon?

Hi I have had mirena for 3 yrs and just this november I stopped getting my period instead I have a light brown discharge thats I have for not even a day I have gained 40lbs and my bra size went from a 36c to 40d I feel pregnant(alot of movement like kicks ) is this normal
