What Causes Brown Spotting With Clots Between Periods?

I had my period this month ir stopped on Feb 7th now for the last week have had cramps and when wipe have brown bogery discharge looks like dry blood and look in toilet and pieces of stuff when dry blood.....I have my tube tied so can t be pregnant what could it be
