What Causes Brown Vaginal Bleeding Along With Abdominal Cramps Post Intercourse?

I got my period last Tuesday I had protected sex on Monday he was I was still bleeding a little so we stopped and I went to the bathroom and I m still discharging brown and I am getting cramps it s been ten days and I did have a UTI I don t know if the medicine might have anything to do with it
